Position Overview

We are now hiring for a Customer Service Executive to support our Key accounts in Ireland and UK.

This role would suit somebody who is strong in relationship management with a focus on delivering a high quality of professionalism and customer service. You will be dealing with important clients mainly via telephone and email. The role also represents a pathway to grow and develop within the organisation. The role is Monday to Friday, 9-5 with flexible working options to work from home and office.

Qualifications and Training

Previous experience in Insurance or the Travel Industry is required. APA or CIP qualification is an advantage, but the company offers supports towards completion of these qualifications.

We provide a full, comprehensive training programme to provide you with the expertise needed to fulfil this role, and make a positive impact within our team. Upon completion of our training programme, you will gain the skills, tools and resources needed to deliver quality results. Our team are on hand to support your development every step of the way.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Broker Services Manager to manage Key accounts and relationships
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Handling an assigned workload of emails or queries and following them through to completion
  • Working with Compliance, Marketing and Finance teams on reporting and promotions
  • Adhering to data protection and following the protocol as laid out by the company
  • Working with underwriters and communicating underwriting decisions to the team
  • Understanding of the Insurance Market
  • Other ad-hoc duties
